How to Bulk Approve Multiple Quotes

The Shippabo platform streamlines your workflow by offering a seamless method for bulk approving multiple quotes with a single, effortless action.

First, navigate to your Shipments list.

Next, navigate to your Proposal lifecycle, within your views panel on the left hand side.

Utilize the toggle feature to select all of the shipments that you'd like to approve quotes for.

Within the bulk actions menu that appears on the bottom of your screen, select Approve shipment quotes.

You will now see a pop up containing information regarding your quotes, and asking you to accept the terms & conditions.

Once you've accepted the terms & conditions, press Accept, and all of your selected quotes will be approved, and move into Pending status.

You will see a notification on your screen alerting you that you've approved the quotes.
