# Updating your Cargo Ready Date

To update your shipment’s cargo ready date, navigate to the **Overview** section of the specific shipment.

Navigate to the tab labeled **Shipment Info**.

Hover over the right side of this section to make the edit tool appear, and select it.

A side panel will appear, allowing you to edit the cargo ready date.

Once you've edited it, press **Save**.

Your cargo ready date is now updated.
