How to Pay your Invoice

Once your invoice is issued, you have a few ways you can view your invoice. Let’s overview the options you have for paying your Shippabo invoice.

How to pay your invoice in the Shippabo Platform

Navigate to your Finance option on your top navigation bar in the platform. From here, select Statements List.

This will show you any outstanding invoices that have been issued for you.

You can easily access the invoices directly from this statement tab, by hovering over the invoice number and selecting the box that appears.

Another option you have to pay your invoices is through the shipment directly. To do this, navigate into the specific shipment you’d like to pay your invoice on. Select Invoices from the shipment navigation bar on the left hand side.

From here, you can see your full invoice summary including how many invoices you have outstanding, and their status.

Select Quick View on the right side of the invoice you wish to pay.

You can now see all of the charges within this invoice, and easily pay it by selecting Pay Invoice on the bottom right side.

You can now select what payment method you’d like to use, or add a new payment method directly from here.
