# What is a rate sheet?

Your rate sheet is the way that the Shippabo team can communicate the current market rates for your specified shipping lanes. The Shippabo team will update your rate sheet every two weeks as we receive updated rates from the carriers, and you can book shipments directly from your rate sheet. Please contact your account manager if you would like to create a rate sheet.
