How to Send a Chat on a Document

The platform allows you to send messages specifically related to a particular document. You’ll want to first navigate to the Documents tab of the specific shipment.

Next, select the document and click on the chat icon, all the way to the right.

A document chat slide-over will appear, where you can view any existing chats associated with the document and compose new ones as needed.

This feature enhances communication and ensures the accurate exchange of information regarding specific documents.
