Your shipment timeline is a vital component of your logistics information. It encompasses key data points including the cargo ready date, the origin and destination ports, and the estimated delivery date. To enhance your experience on the Shippabo platform, we've integrated the timeline into multiple tabs for each shipment.

Begin by navigating to the specific shipment you'd like to view your timeline for. You'll see that your timeline is visible on your Overview page, as it has been previously.

The same timeline, maintaining all its functionalities, is now accessible across multiple tabs within your shipment. You can view the timeline on the following tabs:

Your shipment timeline, with all its functionalities, is now accessible on several tabs, each offering unique ways to utilize this feature:

Details

When visiting the Details Tab to update your shipment—such as adjusting the Cargo Ready Date or setting a delivery deadline—the timeline becomes an invaluable tool. It aids in planning these dates, ensuring they align with the sailing schedule displayed. This helps maintain consistency across all critical shipment dates.

Activities

When exploring the Activity Tab to track when specific actions took place, having the timeline readily available is invaluable. It allows you to reference sailing dates and assess their relationship with various shipment activities, ensuring seamless coordination.

Messages

When sending a message on the Shippabo platform, having direct access to the timeline is incredibly useful. It allows you to reference the sailing schedule for your shipment, ensuring you're informed and precise when composing your message.

Quotes

When reviewing a new quote, referencing the proposed sailing schedule is crucial. This enables you to assess whether it meets your needs and, if necessary, request an alternative schedule.
